At Desiway, we strive to provide high-quality seeds, nuts, and healthy snack products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the package has been opened.
However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect
- The package is tampered with during delivery
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us with the following details:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue

3. Refunds
Once the issue is verified, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food products
- Products without original packaging
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Perishable or food products opened for safety and hygiene reasons
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
